Day 6 to Day 10 - Las Vegas

Day 6: Started our journey with Jack In A Box fastfood. my favourite - churros. From LA to Vegas is about 5-6hrs.

its quite warm and dry on the road to vegas. start to find lips going to crack. even saw a car on fire... faster run before it explore.. haha.. soon after, think there are accidents, causes long traffic jam. waited for an hour. quite similar to what i saw on TV.. drivers will walk out of the car, chat and wait patiently. i also must pretend to walk out of the car.... trying to get some photos.

Stop over for lunch at KFC. they have biscuit(like popeye and biscuit)... chicken not bad. so far, i felt Mys, China and USA KFC tastes better than sgp. Barcelona KFC.. because dont try .. super salty.

states sky seems to be different from ourselves... see its so nice.
cant wait to see how vegas looks like ....

Agnes booked 2 nights stay at Fremont area, and 2 nights at Strip area.

Fremont is where zoe tay shot shuan tian zhi zu. 1st night.. .we walked at this area enjoying the leon lights.. and there are performance at this area..walking into different hotel looking for food. so far, we all thinks that the best buffet we had was at Golden Nugget about US$26+ but the alaska crab is unlimited and sweet including Haagen-Dazs ice cream buffet... such luxurious. too bad we all cant eat much. wanted few more servings, but stomach cant take in anymore.was thinking of edwin is there.. think cookies and cream, rum and raisin will be bo chun.
day 7... it our shopping spree again. another premier shopping outlet day. another full day spent there. still as much thing to buy. still step into Kate Spate, Coach, Polo Ralph, CK, Gap, Banana republic... trying to see any good buy from different outlet mah. went the guys saw us walking into Coach... they will have to wait for quite some time. but sean was quite patience this time. he told us .. since we are already here, shop lah. he changed. just for that few days. we will tell them... "5mins"...never trust woman's "5 mins".

reached hotel almost 12mn. went back room, pack-up abit... cleanup. at around 2am, sean and me went down 'see see'. In Vegas, different timing, the min bet change. weekend will be more, after 10am it will change the rate again. weekday another rate. it was weekend that night. there are only 1 table for texas game. thats what sean plays almost weekend with his frens. I didnt play. i watched him. he's looking for a table who he can chat. vegas, the dealer chats n joke with players. they would rather they have lousy card, so that went players win, they will probably give tips. on our table, one of the player gave the dealer tips. the dealer place the tips bet on the player. he said he got feelings that he will win... its just like a games with friends.. we will like share the cards with dealer,.. and dealer will advise us and wish us with good cards. that night we lost almost 100+. ... haha... we ended at 3+.

day 8... we moved from Golden Nugget Hotel to Bill's Gambling Hall and Saloon. Golden Nugget hotel, Agnes got a bigger room... in Bill's Gambling Hall and Saloon, hers also bigger than our.. so unfair. they have jacuzzi, but our room got steambath. we seems to have got a suite room. our rooms are right at the end, top floor. before accessing our room, there is another door access. outside our room is another big lounge but its lock we cant go in. but then we are quite happy with our rooms.. all expensive hotels are located at The Strip. Our hotel is consider small,but who cares..

there are hotels that gives free credit for jackpot. we went to few hotels for few games. some gave free t-shirt, poker cards, voucher,etc..

we walked from Bills to Mandalay Bay. Its really a distance away. From Bills to Flamingo to venetian, to palazzo to Wynn, to trump, to fashion show mall to treasure island, to Mirage to casear palace, to Bellagio, to monte carlos, New York-New York to Excelibur to Luxor to Mandalay. walking into each hotels... with little window shopping. going thru the casino, lobby... took us more than 1/2 day. There's tram along the strip. after walking to mandalay, agnes and me too tired to walk back to Bill.. walked from excelibur to mandalay for tram. walked a big round there then to find out single trip is US$5/pax. and its just 2-3 stops away. so near only and so expensive. agnes and me decided to safe money and walk back to BIll. think we are really brave and strong. our legs almost break. can buy some many things, but cant spend 5bucks to save the walkings. i have to talk alot to sean to distract myself of the walk.

Day 9. this time we drove.. not going to be stupid anymore. Parking in vegas hotel are free as long as u self park. we tour M&M, Coke stores... sean is tired out and wants to return back for nag. so again... both of us walked from showcase mall to Bill. had a long nap. after dinner, and hrc.. return to hotel 'lobby' again. have to check-out very early the next day. we were looking at texas table, the players n dealer told us to join them. played for 1hr+ won 200. dont be gready.

Day 10-check out 7am to travel 9hrs to yosemite.
